Description
I know I'm not a girly girl but... I LOOOVE Unicorns 
they're so diverse, unique, gentle and yet powerfull, it doesn't matter how they look, they're allways wild and free spirited....
and there is one for all tastes
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL! if you don't like a certain type of Unicorn, then keep your hateful coments to yourself, there is more to unicorns than just the grace and beauty of horses. MUCH MUCH MORE!
I wanted to draw all of them but well.. I'm not good at group pictures x____X
left to right, bottom to top:
the little guy with the black collar: a rather young Medieval Unicorn small and humble but gracefull, like a goat and a deer at the same time, with an ivory or pearly horn and shiny pure white fur.
the lithe, blue-ish shaded creature Beagle's Unicorn the one described in "The Last Unicorn" by Peter S. Beagle, horse-like mane but thin, gracefull deer body with a lion-like tail, lithe and gracefull, with an older, wilder grace, that can only be seen on wild animals such as gazelles and deer.
the silver coloured horse: Traditional Unicorn the one we all know and love, a horse with a horn on the forehead, it can be any color, any breed and the horn can be whatever shape you wish.
the bearded guy with the crown on his neck Heraldic Unicorn the one found in shields and flags and the nemesis of the lion, the one that fights for the crown. the most virtuous animal: gentle, honest, courageous but not violent, noble in heart.
the scaly wonder Qilin (Ki'Lin) the Chinese Unicorn (my personal favourite ) magnificent, powerfull and gentle, so gentle it never bends the blades of grass where it walks and eats only the fruit that has fallen from trees to avoid hurting the plants, it's appearance varies, it can look like a deer/lion/dragon to some, or like an ox/lion/dragon to others.
the brown coloured beast Karkadann the Arabic/Persian Unicorn, one of the most fierce beasts in creation, the archnemesis of the Elephant, strong-looking and stockier than most unicorns, sometimes depicted as a rhyno, a one-horned bull or an antelope, (I tried to fuse the antelope and bull look) the horn is black and curvy, this one will fight back if it's hunted, but he is still very gentle with women. it loves the song of the ring dove and will stand still to lisent to it.
there are even more unicorns, like Greek (wild equine-like, with a 3 coloured horn, a red stag-like head and the tail of a boar or a lion)the Hindu (golden coloured and gazelle-like) the Japanese Qilin (lither and smaller than the chinese variety) and the Almaricorn (medieval-like but with a fish's tail)
BY THE WAY! those of you who think deer, goats or even cattle are not "worthy" or not "beautifull" enough to be the inspiration for Unicorns... it's only becouse you have not spent enough time around them, they have their own charms and even their own grace AND beauty (yes, it allso applies to cows, you need to spend some time with them to understand that) it is different from horses but it is there.
AND REMEMBER NOT EVERYTHING THAT SHINES IS GOLD. = not everything with a mane is a horse.
cloven hoofs deserve some love, too.

ya se que no soy muy femenina pero... ADORO a los Unicornios
son tan diversos, unicos y gentiles pero poderos no importa como se vean, siempre son salvajes y de espiritu libre....
y siempre hay uno para todos los gustos
POR FAVOR SEAN RESPETUOSOS! si no les gusta algun tipo de Unicornio, quedense con sus comentarios negativos, hay mucho mas en los Unicornios que la gracia y belleza de los Caballos... MUCHO MUCHO MAS!

lde izquierda a derecha, de abajo a arriba:
el pequeño del collar negro: un joven Unicornio Medieval pequeño y humilde pero gracil, como una cabra y un ciervo al mismo tiempo, con un cuerno de marfil o perla y piel de un blanco muy puro y brillante.
la criatura ligera de color algo azulado Unicornio de Beagle la que se descrive en "El Ultimo Unicornio" de Peter S. Beagle, con una crin de caballo, cuerpo gracil y ligero de ciervo con una cola de leon, ligero y gracioso, con una gracia antigua y libre que solo se ve en animales salvajes como gacelas y ciervos.
el caballo plateado: Unicornio Tradicional el que todos conocemos y queremos, un caballo con un cuerno en la frente, puede ser de cualquier color, cualquier raza y el cuerno puede tener cualquier forma.
el de la barba con la corona en su cuello Unicornio Heraldico el de los escudos y banderas y el nemesis del leon, el que pelea por la corona. el animal mas virtuoso de todos: gentil, honesto y valiente, sin llegar a ser violento, de corazon noble.
la maravilla escamosa Qilin (Ki'Lin) el Unicornio Chino (mi favorito ) magnifico, poderoso y gentil, tan gentil que no dobla el pasto por donde camina y solo come fruta que se cayo de los arboles para no lastimar a las plantas, su apariencia varia, puede verse como un ciervo/leon/dragon para algunos, o como un buey/leon/dragon para otros.
la bestia cafe Karkadann el Unicornio Arabe/Persa , una de las bestias mas feroces de la creacion, el archienemigo del Elefante, mas fuerte y pesado que la mayoria de los unicornios, a veces parecido a un rinoceronte, un toro con un solo cuerno o un antilope, (trate de fusionar la apariencia de toro y antilope) el cuerno es largo, negro y curvo, este si ataca y pelea cuandop lo cazan, pero es muy gentil con las mujeres. le encanta el canto de la tortola (o paloma?) y se queda quieto para escucharlo.
hay una variedad aun mas grande de Unicornios, como el Griego (similar a un equino salvaje, con un cuerno de 3 colores, con una cabeza roja como de ciervo y cola de jabali o leon) el Hindu (de color dorado y parecido a una gacela) el Qilin Japones (mas ligero que la variedad china) y el Almaricorn (parecido al medieval pero con cola de pez)
POR CIERTO! los que piensen que las cabras, venados o bovinos no son "dignos" o "hermosos" para inspirar a un Unicornio... es por que no han pasado suficiente tiempo con ellos, tiene su propio encanto, su propia gracia e incluso su propia belleza (si, tambien las vacas, necesitan pasat tiempo con ellas para entenderlo) es diferente a la de los caballos pero si existe.
Y RECUERDEN QUE NO TODO LO QUE BRILLA ES ORO = no todo lo que tiene crin es un caballo.
las pezuñas hendidas tambien necesitan amor.

I love how the Beagle's Unicorn looks. It looks very much like a Kirin (or Qilin) that appeared in a lovely dream I had. Of course, the one in my dream looked very much like the unicorn I mentioned, but having the horn of the Qilin (but I like to call them Kirin, like the ones in The Twelve Kingdoms).
